This service focuses on 2D floor plans and elevations, with the option to incorporate 3D visualization, material selections, and furnishing concepts as needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will deliver FLOOR PLANS and CONCEPTUAL RENDERINGS.

You’ll receive 2 floor plan options for one room/space, along with 1 revision to refine the final layout. Additional schemes and revisions are available upon request.

Standard one-room design package begins at $300, with the option to add additional rooms at any time.

Once your package is reserved and your intro call is scheduled, we'll meet to discuss your project and goals. Following the call, your initial design package will be delivered within 10 days.

After reviewing the concepts, you'll have the opportunity to request revisions. One round of revisions is included and will be completed after your feedback is received.

Once the design direction is approved, the final Spec Book and renderings will be prepared and delivered.
